James Cameron’s 1984 sci-fi thriller is coming back to Blu-ray as a new remastered edition February 2013.
In an early announcement to retailers, MGM/UA will finally release the remastered edition of The Terminator on Blu-ray on February 19.

The Blu-ray will sport 1080p video, a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 soundtrack, and special features include seven Deleted Scenes and two featurettes (“Creating The Terminator: Visual Effects & Music” and “Terminator: A Retrospective”).
The suggested list price for the The Terminator (Remastered) Blu-ray has not yet been determined.
