At last night’s SmackDown taping in Bridgeport, CT, WWE ran a backstage angle where Randy Orton was attacked and put through a table by The Shield. Matt Striker then reported that Orton had suffered a “possible concussion and separated shoulder” from the attack.
We had reported last week that Orton seemed to have injured his wrist at the Tribute To The Troops taping and now it looks as if the injury was serious enough to require Orton to miss some ring time.
