You could almost hear an audible sigh of disappointment when The Voice‘s resident hottie, Cassadee Pope revealed that she had a boyfriend in one of the pre-pcakaged segments on Monday’s finale episode.
There is no doubt that Cassadee has forged ahead as the favourite heading into tonight’s finale and on the red carpet, I asked her about her beau, the meaning behind her signature tattoo and how her band has reacted to her solo success.
Cassadee had perhaps her best showing in the final performance episode of the season as she performed “Over You” by her mentor’s wife Miranda Lambert, joined Blake Shelton in a roaring rendition of “Steve McQueen” by Sheryl Crow and “Cry” by Faith Hill. While the judges have said that she is capable of singing any style, it’s clear that she is leaning to country with an obvious nod to her coach.
