While it sucks to lose, the future is bright for The Voice’s runner-up.
I had the chance to catch up with Terry McDermott on December 18, 2012 right after Cassadee Pope was announced as the winner and he finished as the runner-up. We discuss whether he felt accomplished for making it so close to the end and not winning or if it was bittersweet. We also discuss if it felt like he was up against his sister after Nicholas was eliminated since Cassadee was also on Team Blake. Finally we talk about what’s next and his love of Peter Frampton and… the Backstreet Boys?
