Spoilers follow for Justice League #15. You have been warned. ;)
DC Comics only shipped two proper DC Comics New 52 books. Both were related to Throne of Atlantis between the Aquaman and Justice League series – Aquaman #15 (spoilers here) and Justice League #15 – both written by Geoff Johns.
In Justice League #15, despite no Green Lantern in the issue and Shazam appearing on the book’s cover, it would appear that one replaces the other just in time for Throne of Atlantis.
Well, in fact, Shazam does not join the League. His co-feature finally sees him doing some good and foiling a bank robbery only to be confronted by a familiar fellow at the end of the issue.
Finally, we’ll see Shazam vs. Black Adam in Justice League #16 next month.
