How’d DC Do That? Multiple Covers Used To Create Final Superman #15 Cover (Kenneth Rocafort & Sunny Gho)

News

Deev Elliott of Stellar Labs who represents colorist Sunny Gho let fans in on how that interesting Kenneth Rocafort penciled Superman #15 New 52 cover was made. While Deev didn’t walk readers through it he did make available the two covers that were created that culminated in the blended one.

You can see the evolution to the final cover from left to right below. What is interesting is the attention-to-detail. You’ll note in the third over below that the Superman cover was flipped so that the mirror image stuff would work.

Very cool.

Thanks for reading. All feedback welcome. :)
