The Royal Rumble 2013 pay per view is just a few short days away. With it, comes one of the most talked about matches in, The Rock vs CM Punk(current WWE Champion). After last year’s Wrestlemania, The Rock announced that he would once again hold WWE gold upon returning to the company. Meanwhile, CM Punk has gone on to not only become the current WWE Champion, but he has also held it for an astonishing 430 days and counting(as of 1/23/13). Will CM Punk’s streak continue or will The Rock hold true to his words from last year? Let’s not forget about the, Royal Rumble match itself. 30 WWE Superstars enter the ring for the opportunity to challenge for a World Title match at, Wrestlemania 29!
TNA’s Impact Wrestling has gone overseas for their 2013 “Maximum Impact” tour. All of the TNA big names have gone, except for, current TNA Champion, Jeff Hardy. Will not having one of their biggest names and top champion’s on the tour hurt TNA? In other TNA news, the company’s Gut Check segment seems to be picking some steam. TNA has launched a 16-bracket “tournament” to determine the next Gut Check contestant trying to earn a TNA contract. Who will you vote for?
