Saturday night in Springfield, MO, The Miz lifted CM Punk for a suplex and dropped him right on his head. It happened during a tag team match pitting CM Punk and Antonio Cesaro vs The Miz and Ryback as Ryback and Miz were doing simultaneous suplexes on Punk. CM Punk, after being dropped, allegedly stood up, walked to the wrong corner, and received immediate medical attention ringside.
It’s being reported that the injury is not very serious, but nothing has been released about it yet.
