TNA Impact Wrestling Lockdown 2013 PPV Quick Results

It’s time for LOLDOWN (ha! Autocorrect’s name for Lockdown) TNA’s cagiest pay per view.

The opening match is a fast one. Kenny King bests Zema and Christian York. That is TNA X Division Champion Kenny King, who pinned York.

Next up, Park beats Ryan in a comedy match. Following this, Hogan tells Bully Ray he believes in him.

In the hottest match of the night, Velvet Sky beat Gail Kim wit help from Taryn aka former ECW GM Tiffany who was special guest ref.

T beat E. Yep.

Tag match time and Aries is going at it alone! Nevermind there’s Roode.

Bobby Roode and Austin Aries retained. Christopher Not Tom Daniels and Kazarian, as well as and San Antonio’s own Chavo Guerrero with Hernandez, fell short after Chavo frogsplashed Daniels but Roode stole the pin.

Interview mania as the cage gets prepped for Angle vs Brisco!

Taryn can’t take it. Kim goes after her. D-Lo rallies the troops. Angle’s gonna get Wes…

…well in a heck of a match, Angle did not win. Well not while the ref was conscious anyway. Angle got Wes to tap but Hebner was down for the count. D-Lo threw Angle back into the cage when he tried to leave and pulled Wes away, and the ref conveniently saw that Brisco had exited as called for the bell.

Main event time!

LETHAL LOLDOWN: Team TNA (Magnus, Samoa Joe, Sting, James Storm, and Eric Young) vs. Aces & 8’s (Ken Anderson, Garett Bischoff, Devon, DOC, and Mike Knox). Anderson and Magnus start, with Knox soon after to give the heels the advantage earned on Impact. No falls until all ten men have entered the match.

Team TNA wins which seems like odd booking depending what happens in the next match. Yeah oops LL wasn’t the main. The decision came wit a EY pin following a top of the cage elbow onto Knox in the ring.

NOW is main event time as Bully Ray Deadly goes after Jeff Hardy’s title. Is this Bubba’s first main event on PPV since the infamous Paul Bearer cement match?

Bully won the title in an action packed match after joining Aces & 8s. In a mini swerve, he and Jeff fought off Garett and Wes, but by the end of the match, Devon literally dropped the hammer (into the cage to his half brother) that led to the victory and Team 3D reuiniting.

Oh and Bubba said mean things to his wife Brooke and her father Hulk Hogan. Much better ending for the heel stable. Watch Hardy getting helped to the back.
