I don’t care what anyone says or how unpopular my opinion is, but I definitely feel like Suzette Amaya was one of the best Big Brother Canada players this season. I told her that in my initial interview with her after her eviction and I believe it even now. She was put in the unenviable position of being the first HOH by answering the phone (and wasn’t even given the chance to throw it if she wanted to) and she immediately made the best nominations she could at the time. In fact, she was the only one who had the guts to nominate the game’s best player (Emmett) before his elimination. With that being said, in a season dominated by couples and pairs, Suzette really didn’t have much of a shot. I also loved Danielle and she was one of the players that I had completely misread in my first impressions of the cast. Her eviction interview is still my favourite.
