Popular celebrity website TMZ.com recently caught up with Quinton “Rampage” Jackson for comments about his recent signing with Bellator and TNA Wrestling (along with his own reality show) on Spike TV. He said:
“When you look at my deal in the UFC, and the scope of what my deal with Bellator and TNA is, this is a dream come true… When other fighters get the chance to see everything I’m able to do with this deal and the benefits it provides, you’re going to see a big change in MMA. I guarantee it.”
Rampage and MMA’s biggest company, the UFC, had a nasty fallout earlier this year when Jackson claimed he was underpaid & UFC president Dana White called him “washed up”. Jackson’s former boss simply had the following statement regarding Jackson’s new deal:
“Good for him. I couldn’t be happier for him. I hope he is happy. And good luck to him.”
