WWE United States Championship Match
Dean Ambrose (c) vs. Rob Van Dam

Huge RVD chants to start. Rollins & Reigns are not ringside. Back and forth to start. Ambrose corners RVD and taunts him with the thumbs chant, which draws some good heat. RVD furies back, kick in the face in the corner, and RVD does the thumbs chant with the rest of the crowd. Ambrose takes control for a short time, putting RVD in a headlock but RVD fights out. RVD sends Ambrose to the corner, Ambrose dodges the charging RVD, only for RVD to hit a springboard crossbody for 2. RVD lays out Ambrose in the corner, goes for the Split-legged Moonsault, but Ambrose gets his knees up. RVD up quick, hits the step-over heel kick, and goes for the 5*. The Shields music hits and Rollins & Reigns make their way though the crowd. This brings out Henry & Big Show. The fight goes to the outside, and RVD lays Ambrose on the retaining wall, then hits the leg drop from the apron. Back in the ring, RVD goes for Rolling Thunder, but Reigns distracts him. Ambrose hits a huge spinebuster for 2. Ambrose sends RVD to the corner, RVD hits a back elbow, then a Spingboard straight kick. RVD then hits the 5*. Winner via DQ – Rob Van Dam

The regular show starts off with The Miz, who hypes Bryan vs. Cena & Brock vs. Punk. Fandango’s music hits, and he & Summer Rae dance a bit, and they break into the opening sequence.

Lillian introduces JoJo, who will sing the National Anthem.

Ring of Fire Match
Bray Wyatt (w/ Luke Harper & Erick Rowen) vs. Kane

The point of the Ring of Fire is the keep anyone else from entering the ring, but it is the same rig is an Inferno Match. It should also be noted that there are no count outs or disqualifications. Along with the fire, there is red mood lighting. Kane attacks Wyatt to start. The flames get higher with bumps & high impact attacks. Wyatt starts fighting back, and hits the big should block (resembles the Pounce). Wyatt starts to gloat, and gets a chop to the throat and a sidewalk slam. Wyatt then hits a cheap shot, and he calls for help from the Family. Harper gets a Kendo Stick, but the fire lights up, and it catches on fire. Harper drops it on the mat, and a firefighter ringside puts the fire out with a fire extinguisher. Wyatt then turns around right into a Choke Slam. Rowen takes the extinguisher from the firefighter, and tries it on one of the rails, but the fire comes right back. Kane hits another Choke Slam. Instead of the pin, Kane calls for a Choke Slam. Harper finds a fire blanket near the firefighters, lay it across the rail, and get in the ring, and attack Kane. Wyatt is back up, hits his Rolling Facebuster finisher for the pin. Lots of boos coming from the crowd, and I think its because they feel cheated.
Winner – Bray Wyatt

Wyatt then sits in his chair, and Harper & Rowen take Kane to him. They then smash his head with the ringsteps again, similar to how they did in their debut. They then carried Kane away.

Josh Matthews is with the Pre-Show crew, Booker T, Shawn Michaels & Vickie Guerrero. They go over their feelings about Wyatt’s debut.

Recap of Paul Heyman on the Pre-Show, and No-DQ has been added to the Brock Lesnar vs. CM Punk match.

Damian Sandow vs. Cody Rhodes

Cody’s lip is clean shaven! Very quick match. Rhodes misses a Disaster Kick, and gets rolled up for a 2. Rhodes has Sandow in a waistlock, and Sandow holds on to the ropes, causing Rhodes to roll off, only for Rhodes to pop up quick, and hit the Cross Rhodes for the pin.

Promo for Christian/Del Rio

World Heavyweight Championships Match
Alberto Del Rio (c) vs. Christian

ADR makes Lillian introduce him in Spanish. Quick back and forth action to start. ADR slows it down, and puts Christian in the Tree of Woe. ADR targets Christians arm, which Cole reminds us was the reason why Christian was out of action most of the past year. ADR has Christian pressed against the ropes (similar to the set up to the 619). ADR hits the ropes, and tries to stomp on Christian, but Christian moves, and ADR flies to the floor. Christian climbs to the top, and leaps on ADR on the floor! Back in the ring, Christian hits a Crossbody for 2. Christian goes for the Killswitch, but ADR slides out. Christian goes for a springboard crossbody, but ADR catches up to him, and hits a Backstabber off the turnbuckle for 2. ADR drills his shoulders into Christian in the corner, and sets him up to the top of the turnbuckle. Christian fights it off, and goes for a Sunset Flip, but ADR holds on, and slugs Christian. Christian then kicks ADR in the side of the head, while still on the turnbuckle, and Christian hits a top rope hurricanrana. Christian goes for a Spear, but ADR drop kicks him in the face! ADR then starts to attack Christians head, similar to how he defeated Ziggler. Christian hits a spear out of no where, but Christian is still sporting his arm injury, and ADR rolls around right and catches Christian in the Cross Arm Breaker! Christian has to tap out to end the match.
Winner & Still Champion – Alberto Del Rio

ADR on the mic, says his a role model for all the Latinos.

Highlights from Maria Menounos & Natalya vs. Brie Bella & Eva Marie at Axxess this morning. The Miz then interviews Menounos backstage, and is interrupted by Fandango & Summer Rae again. Menounos & Miz then break out into dance, which sours Fandango & Summer.

Natalya (w/ Cameron & Naomi) vs. Brie Bella (w/ Nikki Bella & Eva Marie)

I wonder if this match is a way of reminding us that there is a new episode of Total Divas tonight at 10pm EST. Maybe they are hoping we turn the channel? I mean it doesn’t really matter, they have our PPV money already, right? All that said, it will be interesting to see how far the ratings drop for Total Divas tonight. Oh, Nattie wins with the Sharpshooter.
Winner – Natalya

Footage from catering today shows that Yoshi Tatsu is still employed. Also, Ryback enters and complains the caterer that the soup is cold. He tell Ryback that it’s gazpacho, and it’s supposed to be cold. Ryback then dumps the gazpacho down the caterers shirt. Ryback Rules. Ryback, I have a feeling your whole family is going down, but right now, I have to study.

Promo for The Best vs. The Beast.

Brock Lesnar (w/ Paul Heyman) vs. CM Punk

Brock is in all black shorts that have his tattoo logo, and Punk is sporting black tights with blue & yellow trim. Brock is mauling Punk to start the match. Brock has Punk in the corner, and pounds away on him. Punk gets Brock down to one knee, shoves him out of the ring, and then Punk hits a suicide dive. Punk grabs the ringsteps, but Brock is up, and he runs Punk over. Brock puts Punk on his shoulders, and tries to run him into the ringpost, but Punk slides out, and sends Brock head first into the post. Brock then gets on the top rope, and flies back to the floor on Brock. Punk then turns his attention to Heyman. Brock is up, and he lays out Punk before he can get to Heyman. Brock then tosses Punk on to the announce table, and it seems has Punk hit one of the monitors oddly. Brock then hits a Belly to Belly on the floor. Brock tosses Punk back in the ring, and Punk tries to fight back, with some kicks to the hamstrings, but Brock fends him off. Brock locks in a Bear Hug, and Punk fights out with a series of short elbows to the nose. Punk hits the ropes, but gets a knee to the gut. Punk is back in a Bear Hug, but this time he bites Brock’s ear to fight out! Punk with some kicks, then a flying knee from the top rope takes out Brock. Punk hits 2 running knees in the corner, but on a 3rd one, Brock grabs him on his shoulders, looking for the F5, however Punk slides though, and kicks Brock in the side of the head. Punk follows it with the Macho Man Elbow Drop for 2. Punk gets Brock up for the GTS, Brock slides off, sets up for the F5, Punk slides off, and kicks Brock in the side of the head again! Punk has him up for the GTS again, and as he drops Brock, Brock grabs Punks arm and locks on the Kimura Lock! Punk fights out of it, and locks on an Arm Bar, and turns it into a Head Scissors lock. Brock tries to fight out, picks up Punk for a Powerbomb, but Punk holds on after the impact! Brock fights back up while Punk is still holding on, and this time he hits a Running Powerbomb, and Punk finally breaks the hold. Brock then hits 3 quick Suplexes (not quite like the Three Amigos). He only gets a 2! Punk is now hitting Brock in the back with the chair. Heyman distracts him, and Brock is able to get up. Brock goes for the F5, but Punk has a hold of Heymans tie. Brock pulls Punk away, and Punk flies off his shoulders, and is able to finally hit the GTS!! Heyman breaks the count at 2. Punk chases Heyman, but then gets back in the ring when he sees Brock starting to get up. Brock goes for the F5 again, but this time Punk holds on to Brock’s head, and hits a DDT out of it! Punk then locks on the Anaconda Vice. Heyman breaks the hold. Punk then attacks Heyman, and locks him in the Vice! Brock is back up, and he starts smacking Punk around with the chair. He then finally hits the F5, and Punk lands on the chair, for the pin.
Winner – Brock Lesnar

Highlights of a fan being splashed by Mark Henry for free tickets to Summerslam.

Dolph Ziggler & Kaitlyn vs. Big E Langston & AJ Lee

The ladies get the bulk of the action. The guys are tagged in, Dolph hits the ropes, and AJ grabs his leg from the floor. Kaitlyn comes around the corner and spears AJ out of her Chucks! This is the thing I like about these 2 ladies, they have no fear, and will take some hard hitting bumps. This is no where near it, but it’s starting to feel like Lita/Trish. Dolph hits the Zig Zag for the pin on Big E.
Winners – Kaitlyn & Ziggler

The Miz is hyping up the show, and Fandango’s music hits again, and he and Summer Rae enter. He starts to tell Miz his name, and Miz slugs him!

Back to Josh, Booker, HBK & Vickie. They take their picks on the WWE Championship Match, and HBK sends a thank you to Brock & Punk.

Cena starts the You Can’t See Me, but Bryan kicks him in the head. Bryan then goes up the top rope, and he nails the missile drop kick. Cena’s eye is starting to legit swell up. Bryan continues his assault with more kicks. Bryan turns his focus on the wrapped up elbow, and he goes to wring the arm, but Cena rolls though, lays out Bryan, and goes to lock in the STFU, however Bran fights out, and locks on the STF himself! Cena gets to the ropes, but Bryan is up quickly, and hits a German Suplex with a bridge for 2. Bryan hits another German, and holds on, going for another but Cena fights out, and gets Bryan up for the FU, only for Bryan to slide though and lock on the Yes Lock. Cena tries to fight out, but Bryan is able to turn it into a front headlock. Cena fights out again, and straight up lifts Bryan up, and rams him into the turnbuckle to finally break the hold. Both men are slow to get up, but when they do, Cena nails the AA, but only gets 2. Cena goes to the top, and Bryan meets him there and tries to fight Cena down. Winner & NEW Champion – Daniel Bryan

Cena is up, and he shakes Bryan’s hand. Confetti shoots out in celebration. Randy Orton’s music hits! He stares down Bryan…and Bryan invites him in the ring. Orton turns around and starts to walk away….stops, turns around and HHH nails Bryan with a Pedigree!! Orton back in the ring, and he cashes in!!
