That Being Said: Readers Choice – You Pick The Next Recap

Columns, Top Story

Hello, twonks.

So, earlier this year I did “The WrestleMania Expedition” which was intended to have 3 TNA recaps included – the Impact before a PPV, the PPV itself, and the Impact after. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I wasn’t able to do these. I then made CB a promise that I would do the same with a TNA PPV over the summer instead.

Then, I didn’t do that. No excuses here. I can’t be assed to watch TNA. I really can’t. Then our own Martin Shaw said that for his birthday, he wanted me to do that same routine for Bound For Glory. How could I possibly refuse? I was honoured, plus with all the TNA craziness these last few months, I thought it could be fun. Then I had some family stuff hit during the week and was only able to see the PPV, which I didn’t even know would be the case until like an hour before. (I was wrong, by the way, even with all the TNA craziness, the PPV was still no fun.)

Now, I’m not gonna pretend to be broken up about not being able to do these TNA shows. Because, let’s be honest – fuck TNA. It was a chore to watch when it WASN’T going out of business.

But it would seem that I do owe a couple people some recaps. I was thinking about this, and I figured – since I can’t seem to figure out anything else to write lately, why don’t I let the readers pick what I recap next?

So that’s what I’m going to do. It’s time to vote!

I’m only talking about a one-off here, not a regular thing. You can vote for a good show, a bad show, a funny show, a current show or a past show. Doesn’t matter if I’ve seen it or not. It could even be one of those horrible WWE movies. It doesn’t even necessarily have to be wrestling.

I’m planning to do 3 – now, CB gets to pick one, and Martin Shaw gets to pick one. The third one will be decided by the vote – one vote per person, throw it up in the comments section. If I have fun, maybe I’ll decide to do more.

Looking forward to seeing the votes. Until then… I’ll be in my trailer.
