The word making the rounds right now is that AJ Styles will working with Ring Of Honor past their already announced TV taping on January 4th. While it doesn’t look like Styles has signed a long-term contract with ROH, it appears he will be working more matches for the 12th Anniversary show on February 21st and the TV taping the next night.
Harrak’s Hit: I’m still under the impression that AJ Styles & TNA have worked out an agreement for these events in an attempt to freshen up his character and get publicity for not only his character but also the companies he is working for. It seems like a modern-day version of the territory system where someone like Roddy Piper or Dick Murdoch would leave one wrestling company when their characters had run their course, just to move onto another territory where they were fresh to that territory’s audience.
