Mae Young has not passed away. The source who reported her passing received incorrect information. Mae is gravely ill, but still alive.

Wrestling legend Johnnie Mae Young died on Thursday morning at age 90 at her Columbia, South Carolina home. Young had fallen ill over the weekend and was removed from life support Wednesday night. A wrestling legend even before her memorable moments later in life, Young’s passion for entertaining the fans will be missed.
