Holata vs. Volkov

Round 1: Holata with a nice right to start the fight and pushes Volkov against the cage in the clinch right away. He’s looking to make this short and nasty, keeping Volkov from using his rang. He’s at a big disadvantage height wise. Volov with a nice short left and Holata GOES DOWN. Volkov takes mount and beats him until we get a stoppage.

Mo vs. Graham

Round 1: Mo comes out pumping the jab, Graham throwing leg kicks. Mo’s looking for the takedown and msises badly, Graham grabs the clinch and presses him against the cage. Not a ton of action as Mo tries to escape and Graham shoves him away. Mo slipped and Graham basically wanted to get this back back to the middle of the cage. Graham wants to make this a kickboxing fight and Mo wants to get in close and get this to the ground. Graham’s really throwing heavy leg kicks as Mo is landing some big shots with his left. Mo goes to the clinch, looking to level change, and eats some uppercuts for his efforts. Graham is looking to take this further than the first as he’s lighting up Mo’s lead leg, looking to slow him down. Mo hasn’t checked one as this is starting to turn into a fairly sloppy brawl right now. Graham is able to move in and out fairly effectively as Mo is slowing down, the leg kicks having done their work. Graham is outlanding Mo right now but Mo is landing some big shots. 10-9 Graham

Round 2: MO is favoring that leg right now as he starts out trying to bull Graham to the ground. Graham won’t let him and we’ve got some cage dancing right now. Mo grabs the single and runs the pipe for the takedown. More like walks the pipe, as it was very slow. Graham’s in full guard and Mo isn’t doing much on top. Mo’s looking to posture up and land some bombs but Graham is is doing a good job hand fighting. Graham’s trying to hit a sweep off his back but Mo is landing some big shots from the top. Mo stands up out of guard and Graham works his way back to his feet as he eats some punishment. Mo is starting to land some nice uppercuts as they’re both working the clinch. Graham goes back to his low leg kick game as both guys look exhausted. Nice front kick through the hands from Graham and Mo eats it. Graham is really starting to open up with his kicks as Mo starts to check kicks finally. MO grabs the clinch and tries to grind the rest of it out, Graham lands some big knees as he turns it into the Thai Plumb. Graham with a kick and Mo catches it, taking him down late. He moves into side control and nearly finishes a keylock but runs out of time. Mo 10-9, 19-19

Round 3: Mo goes to the clinch early, looking to get the takedown as he gets a single and drags Graham to the ground. Side control and he’s not doing much, looking to grab a keylock as Graham is rolling to his stomach. graham hips was way into a headlock pin, looking to try and get out, as Mo grabs it and is going for the squeeze. Graham taps at 2:29 of the third round.

Johnson vs. Martinez

Round 1: Both guys come out looking to throw and Martinez uses it to get close to Johnson. He has a high school wrestling pedigree and Johnson is looking to keep this standing. Johnson has a massive hole in his game on the ground. And just like that he gets lateral dropped by Martinez, who starts to uncork some shots onto Johnson. Martinez is in half guard, looking to pass, as Johnson isn’t doing much off his back besides shrimp. Martinez is clubbing him whenever he moves, though, as Johnson is eating shots whenever he tries to get up. Martinez postures up and lands a couple of big hammerfists. He moves to side control and in’t doing much with it. Johnson shrimps his way back up as Martinez grabs a front choke and can’t finish it. Johnson comes out swinging and we get a moment where both guys are just throwing bombs. Johnson is luring him into a brawl and Martinez is grabbing the clinch right before he get tagged with something big. Big shots from both guys and a big left from Johnson puts Martinez down. He’s down and a couple of punches from Johnson make it academic.

Dantas vs. Leone

Round 1: Not much action until Leone catches a kick and gets a takedown 45 seconds in. Dantas is comfy off his back, looking to move into a triangle as Leone is doing a good job defending well on top. He’s doing just enough to prevent a stand up but Dantas is in control on his back. Leone gets warned for not doing much as Dantas is active off his back, working for submissions. Dantas looks to roll to an armbar and a triangle late but Leone defends well, not doing much in kind. He lands some strikes late but nothing clean. 10-9 Dantas

Round 2: Not much action to start this round, as well, until Dantas throws a flying knee and Leone gets in on the single. Dantas defends well against the cage and circles his way out. He starts to open up his kicking game a bit as he’s looking to measure his strikes. Dantas with a slip and Leone throws some hands after him, landing nothing. Leone throwing some wild strikes, including a spinning back fist, to get inside and gets in on a single. Countered by Dantas, who nearly got treetopped, and Dantas slickly moves to the back in insane fashion. Leone taps pretty quick.
