OVERALL THOUGHTS

There was A LOT to like about this show. There really wasn’t a bad thing about it. So here are some quick thoughts as I have a column planned for later in the week to expand on everything.

-The last segment was well done. They teased a big match so they got people to stay tuned for the rest of the night. Then they delivered with an even bigger moment and now make it seem like they have a big tag match at Extreme Rules. I would have never thought War Games would happen here, but with the way Triple H shouted that The Shield “started a war,” War Games is on the mind of everyone. It would be a great place to have it at Extreme Rules and hold off on any possible rematches.

-Cesaro with Paul Heyman is perfect for both men involved. And it could lead to big things for him down the line.

-Paul Heyman’s promo was great. Wish it could have lead to a future feud for Lesnar. But that will come in time.

-The six man tag was good action and a nice rebound for the Wyatts.

-Paige’s debut was well done. It was a good place to debut her because a lot of that crowd knew who she was.

This was a great episode of RAW. The future looks bright for the WWE and I think we are starting a new era with a handful of different guys at the top. And that could mean good things if the WWE doesn’t screw it up. I’m giving tonight’s show a solid 9.

Until Next Time,
