Welcome fight fans to Inside Fights’ live coverage of UFC Fight Night: Bisping vs. Kennedy from Colisee Pepsi in Quebec City, Quebec. The event is headlined by a five-round middleweight bout as “The Ultimate Fighter” season three winner Michael Bisping takes on Tim Kennedy. The event will also serve as the finale for The Ultimate Fighter: Nations and will see the coaches square off as Team Canada coach Patrick Cote takes on Team Australia coach Kyle Noke, plus the finals in the middleweight and welterweight tournaments. I’m Ryan Frederick and I’ll be handling the coverage of the event. The event will kick off with preliminary action on UFC Fight Pass, then switch over to FOX Sports 1 for continuing preliminary bouts leading into the main card. The action kicks off at 3:15 PM eastern time.

Mitch Gagnon (10-2, 2-1 UFC) vs. Tim Gorman (8-2, 0-0 UFC)

ROUND 1- We kick things off with a bantamweight bout. Gorman is making his UFC debut after being knocked out of The Ultimate Fighter 18 due to injury. Gagnon has won two straight fights inside the Octagon and is the betting favorite with the oddsmakers. Dan Miragliotta is the referee for this contest. Both men quickly head to the center of the Octagon. Gorman firing off quick combos early and lands a leg kick. Gagnon with a leg kick but eats a big body shot from Gorman. Gagnon with a series of kicks to the legs and body. Gorman with a leg kick. They trade punches. Gagnon with a combo to the body and Gorman grabs a leg and gets a single-leg takedown. Gagnon has the neck and a guillotine in as Gorman looks to escape out. Gagnon still has the neck and is going for it but Gorman is controlling the leg. Gagnon still has the neck and is looking for a sweep. Gorman still looking to escape against the fence. They get to their feet and Gorman escapes but Gagnon lands a body combo. They trade punches and Gagnon lands an uppercut and a head kick and then a body kick. Gagnon with more kicks to the legs and body. Gorman lands a nice combo and grabs the leg and gets a quick takedown and grabs a body lock from the back. Gagnon is back on the feet and they clinch up against the fence. Gorman has the body lock. Gorman with some short knees to the legs of Gagnon. They are broken up by Dan Miragliotta. Gagnon lands a big left hand and then another. We close the round and head to the second. 10-9 Gagnon.

ROUND 2- Gagnon starts off with two inside leg kicks before they exchange punches. Gagnon with another leg kick and then lands an uppercut. Gorman grabs the leg and is looking for the takedown but Gagnon is defending against the fence. Gorman drops for a double-leg against the fence and wants this fight on the ground. Gagnon showing good defense for the takedown. They are warned to work by the referee. Gorman still working for that takedown against the fence but Gagnon grabs the neck. Gagnon drops down but Gorman escapes and works back for the takedown. Gagnon lands a knee and then some elbows to the side of Gorman and grabs the neck again. Gagnon has a solid guillotine locked in but Gorman escapes by dropping to his back and Gagnon ends up in the guard of Gorman. Gorman with some punches from the bottom. Gagnon lands a big hammerfist. Gorman rolls out and they get to their feet but Gagnon grabs the neck and lands some knees. They break and trade punches and Gorman lands a big right hand and goes back for the takedown. Gagnon with some elbows up against the fence as Gorman works to get this fight to the mat. They trade knees in the clinch. They are broken up by Miragliotta once again. Gagnon misses a Superman punch and defends a takedown. Gagnon grabs the neck and pulls guard but Gorman escapes and Gagnon grabs the arm and is hunting for an opening. Gorman escapes out and is in the guard. Gorman with some punches from the top but Gagnon lands from the bottom and the round ends. 10-9 Gagnon, 20-18 Gagnon.

ROUND 3- Gorman likely needs a finish in this round to take the fight. Gorman misses a leg kick to start his attack but lands a combo. Gagnon lands a leg kick and then scores a takedown and is in the guard of Gorman. Gorman lands some punches from his back as Gagnon looks to posture up. Gagnon lands from the top but Gorman is able to scramble out and they get to their feet and tie up against the fence. Gorman is looking for the takedown but Gagnon lands some elbows. Gagnon lands some punches as Gorman is still looking to drag this fight down. Gagnon escapes and lands a body punch and then a left hand. Gorman lands a combo but Gagnon grabs the neck as Gorman drops down for the takedown. Gagnon has the neck but Gorman scrambles to his feet and lands a combo on the break. Both men miss on some punches. Gagnon lands a solid combo and then an uppercut followed by a knee. They clinch against the fence as Gorman looks for the takedown again. They are quickly broken up and separated. Gagnon with a combo ending with a knee and then he scores a takedown. Gagnon is inside of Gorman’s guard. Gorman looking for high guard as Gagnon postures up. Gagnon with an elbow as Gorman is looking to attempt a triangle. Gagnon with a big elbow from the top. Gorman goes for the triangle again but Gagnon defends well. Gagnon with a body shot and an elbow and then another. Gagnon with a left hand. Gagnon is going to ride it out and we have the round and fight for him. 10-9 Gagnon, 30-27 Gagnon.

ROUND 1- Both men are from Team Australia on TUF: Nations and making their debut. The loser could be cut from the roster so it is a big fight for both. Walsh is the favorite. Phillippe Chartier is the referee. They trade punches quickly and Indich lands a right hand. Walsh has a takedown stuffed by Indich. They clinch as Walsh gets a brief takedown. Walsh with some knees in the clinch. Walsh with a knee to the body and a left hand and they break. Walsh with a leg kick. Indich with a leg kick. Walsh drops for a takedown and gets it against the fence. Indich grabs the neck as they get to their feet and has a guillotine and drops down but Walsh escapes. Walsh is on top against the fence. They get to their feet and Walsh lands some left hands. They trade knees to the legs. Walsh with a left hand. Walsh picks Indich up and slams him down but they get to their feet. Indich has the neck but Walsh escapes and they separate. Walsh with a leg kick. Walsh with a combo and drops down for a single-leg and gets the big takedown into side control against the fence. Walsh with some elbows to the body. Indich uses the cage to roll out but gives up his back and Walsh has a body lock and lands a knee to the body. Walsh with two more knees as they separate. Indich grabs the neck and drops down for the guillotine and has it locked in but Walsh has control of the wrists. Inidch is breating heavy on the bottom as Walsh escapes. Walsh to his feet and lands some left hands. Indich grabs the arm and lands an upkick and Walsh grabs the back but the round closes out. 10-9 Walsh.

ROUND 2- They take the center and Walsh lands a big left hand and a big combination against the fence as he has Indich against the fence in the clinch. Indich with a knee to the body. Walsh with a left hand. Both men looking to push off as Indich lands a knee. Walsh with some low knees. Walsh with a big elbow and then another. They break and Indich lands a big left hand. Walsh with a jab. Indich with a leg kick as he circles away and then lands a couple more. Walsh lands a right hand that hurts Indich. They trade punches. Walsh with a leg kick followed with a combo. Walsh with a big body kick. Walsh lands a jab and then a left hand to the body. They trade punches and Walsh hurts him with a jab. Walsh hurts Indich with a right hand and then grabs the clinch against the fence. They trade low knees. Walsh with a left hand in the tie-up. Indich reverses positions. Walsh with a left hand and then a knee. Walsh lands a nice combo on a break and pushes Indich against the fence. Walsh with a knee to the body but Indich switches positions. Indich with some low knees which allows Walsh to reverse. Walsh with a big elbow and some punches to the body. Walsh with another elbow. They trade knees and it allows Walsh to land a right hand and then a big knee in the clinch. They reverse positions. ROUND 3- Walsh closed that round out strong and Indich likely needs a finish though he is showing great toughness. Walsh starts with a series of leg kicks to start the final round. Indich with a leg kick. Walsh with a leg kick. Indich gets in a right hand. Walsh with a combo as he backs Indich against the cage. They clinch as Walsh looks for the takedown. Walsh gets to takedown into half-guard and is landing some ground-and-pound. Indich is trying to escape and it allows Walsh to transition to the back. Walsh with a left hand as they get to their feet. Walsh with some knees to Indich’s legs. Walsh with an elbow. Walsh with a knee to the body. Walsh with some dirty boxing as he attacks the body. Indich looks to drop down but Walsh reverses it and gets the fight to the mat. Walsh with some right hands to the body from the top as Indich looks exhausted. Walsh moves to the back and grabs the body and is landing left hands from the back. Walsh looks to get Indich fully extended on the mat. Walsh with a knee to Indich’s face as they get to their feet. Dan Miragliotta is the referee for this bout. They touch gloves to start. Taleb with an inside leg kick. They trade punches in close range. Taleb with a body kick. Grujic misses a big left hand but they trade punches back in close. Grujic with a body kick. Grujic lands the left hand. Taleb with the jab. Taleb with a leg kick. Grujic lands a right hand. Grujic with a combo but Taleb reverses it into a takedown against the fence. Taleb gets him fully on the ground and is in the half-guard. Taleb goes into the full guard and lands from the top. Grujic is hunting for the arm and the submission. Taleb with some body punches from the top and then a big elbow. Taleb with more body punches on the mat. Grujic is looking to escape but Taleb has him against the fence and landing from the top. Someone is breathing heavy likely Grujic. Taleb with more punches from the top but leaves himself open and Grujic is able to escape to his feet. Grujic with a knee and they break. ROUND 2- Grujic just misses a head kick to start off the round. Grujic with a side kick but Taleb is able to grab his back and picks him up and slams him down to the mat. Taleb goes into the guard. Grujic is trying to escape. Taleb with short body shots. Taleb with some more body punches from the top. Grujic looks for the arm but it allows Taleb to land from the top. Taleb postures up but it allows Grujic to get to his feet. Taleb with some knees to the body in the clinch. Taleb gets a trip and Grujic goes down to the mat and Taleb goes to the half-guard. Taleb with some left hands. Taleb with some more left hands. Grujic is breathing heavy. Taleb with more left hands in the half-guard and is controlling well against the cage. Taleb with more top control. Taleb moves back to the full guard. Taleb with some elbows from the top and then some punches to the body. Taleb is dominating this round on the mat but not close to a finish. Grujic lands some short shots but eats some elbows as the round ends. 10-9 Taleb, 20-18 Taleb.

ROUND 3- Like the first two fights, this one has been controlled through two rounds, this time by Taleb. Grujic needs a finish. They trade punches and Taleb lands a body kick. They traded nicely there to start the final round. Taleb with an inside leg kick that hurts Grujic and then lands another and then a jab. Grujic rushes in for a combo but misses on all of his punches. Grujic lands a left hand. Grujic goes for a takedown from a mile away and Taleb sprawls easily and gets on top of Grujic on the ground. Taleb in the half-guard and landing from it. Taleb with some elbows from the top. He is smothering Grujic on the ground. It has been effective but unentertaining. Taleb with a big right hand from the top. Taleb is working well and landing at will as Grujic is unable to escape from the bottom. Taleb with some left hands and elbows and is mixing between the body and head. Grujic lands some short punches from the bottom. Taleb with some body punches. Taleb with a big inside elbow that hurts Grujic. Grujic tries to grabs the fence to escape but Taleb is still holding him down. Taleb is frustrating the hell out of Grujic. Taleb goes into full guard and lands to the body. Taleb with more punches from the top and then a big elbow and Grujic is cut open big as the fight winds down to the end. 10-9 Taleb, 30-27 Taleb.

Mark Bocek (11-5, 7-5 UFC) vs. Mike de la Torre (12-3, 0-0 UFC)

ROUND 1- de la Torre is a late replacement for Evan Dunham, who pulled out due to injury. Bocek will be stepping inside the Octagon for the 13th time and is looking to get back into the win column. Bocek is the big betting favorite. Yves Lavigne is the third man inside the Octagon. They trade jabs to start and Bocek lands a combo. Torre fires back with some punches. They both land a jab and Bocek lands a big right hand that rocks Torre. Bocek then grabs the body and is looking to get this fight to the mat. Bocek grabs the body and lands a knee. Bocek with some knees to the legs. Torre with some elbows but Bocek gets the fight down for a moment. Bocek has the back and the body lock and lands some punches. Bocek with some uppercuts in the clinch. Bocek with a knee to the body. Torre with some body punches and Bocek lands some body punches of his own. Bocek looks for a judo throw but Torre ends on top but they get up and trade punches. They tie up and Bocek has Torre against the fence. They trade punches to the body. Bocek with some short punches. Bocek with a knee. They trade knees. Torre with a body punch as Bocek lands an uppercut. They break and Bocek lands a right hand. Torre with an inside leg kick. Torre with the jab. They trade right hands. Bocek lands two big right hands that stun Torre and he shoots in against the fence. Torre with good defense on the takedown against the fence. ROUND 2- They come out looking to establish the jab. Torre lands it but Bocek lands a combo and rushes in for a takedown. Bocek has the body lock and gets the fight down but Torre gets right back up. Torre with an elbow and short punches as Bocek keeps looking for the takedown. They break and Bocek lands a big right hand. They trade knees in the clinch against the fence. Torre with short right hands as he eats some knees from Bocek. Bocek with left hands to the body. They break as Bocek pushes Torre off. Bocek just misses a big right hand. Torre with an uppercut that hurts Bocek. Bocek changes levels for the takedown but Torre defends it against the fence. Bocek is bleeding pretty good now. Torre with an uppercut. They trade jabs. Both land the right hand. They trade again. Bocek lands a right hand and drops down for the takedown but they break as it is defended by Torre. Bocek lands the right hand and then a left hook. They trade jabs. Torre with an uppercut as Bocek rushes in. Bocek lands a right hand. They trade short punches. Bocek with a front kick. Torre backs Bocek against the fence and looks for the takedown. Bocek reverses and the round ends. Close round. 10-9 Torre, 19-19.

ROUND 3- This fight could come down to this third and final round. Torre lands the left hand and Bocek lands a right but eats a left hook. Torre slips under a right hand and lands the left. Bocek gets a quick takedown but Torre gets to his feet. Bocek grabs the body but they break. Bocek with a left hook. They trade punches. Torre with a left hand and Bocek is bleeding badly again and that could sway the judges. Bocek drops back down for the takedown and has the body. Bocek with some low knees. Torre is able to cause seperation. Bocek lands a right hand. Torre with a knee to the body as Bocek shoots in. They are clinched against the fence. Torre reverses positions. They reverse back. Both men with body punches and they break. They trade right hands. They trade jabs. They trade again and Bocek lands a front kick. Bocek with a right hand. They trade right hands. They trade left hooks. Torre with a right hand. Bocek in on a double and grabs the body from the back. Bocek with a knee to the body and he has the back of Torre. Bocek moves to the back against but back to the front. Torre has solid takedown defense. Bocek with a knee and another. Bocek breaks out and lands a big right hand and shoots in again. Bocek gets the body and has the back and jumps up on it. Bocek with left hands from the back as we end to the end of the fight. Strong finish from Bocek. Close fight. 10-9 Bocek, 29-28 Bocek.

ROUND 1- We move to FOX Sports 1 for the remainder of the card and a bantamweight bout. Roop looks to get back into the win column as Kimura is looking for his second straight win. Roop is the slight betting favorite. Phillippe Chartier is the referee for this fight. Roop starts with a jab and Kimura misses a right hand. Kimura just misses a big right hand as Roop lands a body kick. Kimura with the jab. Roop with a head kick. Roop with a left hand. Roop with a body kick and Kimura grabs the leg and lands a right hand and pushes the fight against the fence. Kimura gets the takedown but Roop gets to the fence and to his feet but Kimura puts him back down. Kimura with a right hand. Roop gets to his knees and feet and looks for the takedown. Kimura is defending well. Roop with a knee to the body and gets a takedown of his own and is in the guard of Kimura. Roop with a left hand from the top. Roop with some right hands from the top. Both men looking to advance position on the ground as not a lot is happening. Roop with a big elbow from the top. ROUND 2- Roop misses a leg kick to start the second round. Roop with a right hand. Kimura with a body punch and they tie up for a moment but circle away and Kimura lands to the body. Roop lands the jab. Kimura with a right hand. Both are having trouble finding an opening and Kimura is having trouble getting inside of Roop’s reach. Roop with a right hand and slips but gets up and lands a jab. They clinch and Kimura lands a knee but Roop pushes him against the fence. Kimura lands a nice leaping left hook but Roop lands a left hand in counter. Roop misses a head kick. Roop with a combo. They trade punches and Kimura drops down for a takedown and gets in. Kimura is in the guard of Roop. Kimura postures up and Roop pushes him off and they get to their feet. Kimura drops down for another takedown but Roop lands some elbows. Kimura gets the fight down and takes the back of Roop. Roop turns out but Kimura ends on top. Kimura transitions back to Roop’s back but can’t fully take it due to the fence being in the way. Kimura has the back and is looking to get the hooks in. Kimura has the underhooks and is looking for the rear-naked choke. Kimura with some heel kicks. Roop is able to spin out and escapes to his feet and lands a head kick. Roop with a right hand. Kimura with a body punch in the clinch. They trade strikes in the clinch. Roop with a knee and the round closes. 10-9 Kimura, 19-19.

ROUND 3- This round could decide the winner as we have it one round apiece. Roop misses the jab to start his attack. Roop with a nice combo and then transitions to a takedown. Roop is on top in the guard of Kimura. Roop with a left hand from the top and they are warned to work. Roop with some body punches and then to the head. Kimura tries to sit up but Roop pulls him back down and postures up and lands some right hands. Roop with some big elbows from the top. Kimura looks to spin out from the bottom but is eating punches from Roop on the top. Roop with some more big elbows as Kimura is unable to escape from the bottom. Kimura pushes Roop off but Roop comes back into his guard with a right hand. Roop is in side control and landing from the top but Kimura is also landing from the bottom. Roop gets back into the full guard of Kimura. Roop with another elbow from the top. Kimura tries to sit up again but eats some punches from Roop. Roop with some right hands from the top. Roop gets back into Kimura’s full guard. Roop with another elbow. And a series of more elbows. Kimura looks to throw a leg up but Roop lands more big punches. This fight comes to a close and a big round for Roop that should get him the win. 10-9 Roop, 29-28 Roop.

Ryan Jimmo (18-3, 2-2 UFC) vs. Sean O’Connell (15-4, 0-0 UFC)

ROUND 1- We move to light heavyweight action. Jimmo is looking to rebound from a loss in his last fight. O’Connell is making his UFC debut as an injury replacement for Steve Bosse. Jimmo is the betting favorite. Dan Miragliotta will oversee this fight. Jimmo slips on a head kick and O’Connell gets on top for a moment but Jimmo gets to his feet. O’Connell pushes the fight against the fence both land knees to the legs of their opponent. They switch positions and Jimmo has O’Connell against the fence. They reverse again. They break. Jimmo switches stances and eats a right hand from O’Connell. O’Connell pressures Jimmo against the cage. O’Connell with some body punches in the clinch. Jimmo with a knee but eats some body shots. Jimmo with a knee. O’Connell with some body punches. Jimmo with another knee but O’Connell is landing to the body with no defense from Jimmo. O’Connell with a low knee to the nether-region and we have a timeout. We get back to action and Jimmo barely misses a front kick. Jimmo shoots in and gets the takedown but they get right back to their feet. Jimmo has the body lock but O’Connell reverses positions. They reverse positions again as both look for dominant position against the fence. O’Connell continues to attack the body but they are split. Jimmo then drops O’Connell with a right hand and two punches on the ground and this fight is over! Jimmo with the big KO win and the crowd erupts in chants.

Sarah Kaufman (16-2 (1), 0-0 (1) UFC) vs. Leslie Smith (6-4-1, 0-0 UFC)

ROUND 1- This is a rematch from a bout a year ago in Invicta, which was won by Kaufman. This is Kaufman’s third different opponent as Shayna Baszler and Amanda Nunes both pulled out due to injury and Smith took the fight just a week ago. Kaufman is the favorite with the bettors. Yves Lavigne is the referee. Kaufman comes out with a right hand and they are swinging away in close range. They trade punches and kicks and clinch against the fence. Kaufman with some knees as Smith lands some right hands to the body. Kaufman with a knee and they break. Kaufman drops Smith with a leg kick but she gets back up. They trade punches and leg kicks. Kaufman with some solid combinations on Smith. Kaufman with an uppercut. They clinch against the fence. They trade knees to the body. Smith with some foot stomps and a right hand to the body and they break. Smith with a front kick and they trade and Kaufman lands a big right hand. They trade again and Kaufman with a front kick. They tie up and Smith pushes Kaufman against the fence. Kaufman with a right hand and an inside leg kick. Kaufman with a combo and they trade in close range. They clinch and Smith with an elbow. Kaufman with a series of knees to the body and Smith pushes her against the fence. They trade knees. Kaufman with a right hand on the break that wobbles Smith. Kaufman with a solid combo but Smith fires back. Big combination from Kaufman. Kaufman with a knee to the body and they clinch against the fence. Kaufman with more knees and then a combo. ROUND 2- They come out quickly and are firing away. Kaufman with a leg kick and a jab that backs Smith up. They trade punches but Kaufman is getting the better with her combinations. They tie up and look to work against the fence. Kaufman with some short knees. Kaufman with more knees to the body and reverses position. They break. Smith with a leg kick and they trade right hands. They trade in close range once again. Non-stop action here. They clinch again and Kaufman with some knees. Smith with a head kick. They clinch but break with nothing happening. They trade punches. They trade again and clinch and Kaufman lands some knees. They break and trade again. They tie up and Kaufman with some knees and body punches. Kaufman with a right hand. Smith with a high kick. They are throwing but Kaufman is getting the better of everything. They tie up and both battle for position but they break away. Kaufman with a nice combo. Noons drops Stout with a big right hand and then knocks Stout out cold with a series of ground punches. Big knockout win for KJ Noons! It is also the first knockout loss for Sam Stout. Stout was so out he grappled the referee and looked for a guillotine on Phillippe Chartier.

ROUND 2- They come out looking to land punches for the second round after Corassani survived the end. Corassani misses a left hand. Poirier lands some short punches as they clinch quickly. Poirier with a big uppercut and Corassani goes down and is in a lot of trouble. Poirier with a couple of more punches and this one is stopped by Dan Miragliotta. Dustin Poirier scores his third straight win with a TKO! This was a fun little scrap.

Westcott looks to take Theodorou’s back. Westcott is on his back as they get to a standing position. Theodorou is on his feet and defending a standing choke. Westcott is looking to get his arm under Theodorou’s neck. Theodorou shakes Westcott off and is on top and landing punches from side control. Westcott spins out to his feet. Theodorou with two big knees in the clinch and they go to the ground. Theodorou with another knee to the head of Westcott. Westcott tries to get this fight back down to the mat against the cage. Theodorou is defending well. Theodorou with some elbows to the side of Westcott’s head. Westcott’s pace has slowed. Westcott drops to guard and Theodorou lands some standing leg kicks.
