Since returning, The Miz has been a heel with a new gimmick. The idea is that since he has now been in some movies, he views his face as his “money maker” and avoids taking shots to the face.
The Miz was able to re-capture the WWE Intercontinental Title at WWE Battleground on Sunday night, a last minute booking change shifting away from the original plan.
Now Miz will move into a feud (or small program) against WWE US Champion Sheamus. Miz won the first match in their feud last week on Raw, and will continue with Sheamus trying to use the Brogue Kick to go after The Miz’s money maker.
