You can’t say that Scott Coker doesn’t stick with what he knows.

The former Strikeforce Scott Coker who now presides over Bellator is bringing some of his old Strikeforce talent into the fold at Bellator.

On Monday, Bellator announced that welterweight Paul Daley and middleweight Melvin Manhoef will sign with the company.

It will be Daley’s second stint at Bellator where he made one previous appearance back in 2012 and since that appearance, he has won four of his last five fights in Europe and Russia.

Daley makes a return to Bellator, where he made one appearance back in 2012. He didn’t get another booking after that due to a number of issues, and he’s since won four of five fights in Europe and Russia.

“Like always, I’m coming into Bellator to put on a show,” Daley said in a press release. “I loved working for Coker back in Strikeforce, and when I got the call to possibly come back to Bellator, it was a no-brainer. I feel great, I’m fresh, and I’m going after that belt.”

Manhoef has been splitting his time between kickboxing and mixed martial arts and lost his last kickboxing fight after securing a MMA TKO win over Evangelista ‘Cyborg’ Santos in April.
