In a story that seems impossible but true, Vince Russo is involved with TNA creative in 2014.
In an inexplicable mistake, Russo reportedly sent an internal TNA email to Mike Johnson of PWInsider with instructions intended for Mike Tenay for the Impact announcing broadcast. This confirms that Russo has been working with TNA, and has been doing so for quite some time even before this leak.
At first, Russo lashed out and denied the email was legit on Twitter:

However, after Johnson threatened to release the email, Russo changed his tune:
Recently, I accidentally sent an e-mail to a third party that was not meant for their eyes. The e-mail concerned my current involvement in TNA Wrestling. TNA rendered my services as a consultant to work with their announcing team of Mike Tenay and Taz. The condition from their side was that I kept it confidential between the two parties. As their employee, it was up to me to honor their wishes, so that’s what I intended to do. My integrity means everything to me, so I just hope you can understand and forgive.
It’s incredible that Russo is still trying to swerve the internet after all this time.
