It’s official.
UFC on FOX 13 will take place on December 13 and will be the first time the organization hosts a card from Arizona.
Dana White made the official announcement on Saturday at the UFC on FOX 12 post-fight press conference. The U.S. Airways Center will host the event and can seat upwards of 19,000 for basketball games. The fight will be the fourth and final network-televised UFC event of 2014.
While no fight announcements have been made for UFC on FOX 13, it is expected that several of the UFC’s Phoenix-based fighters will appear. These include former lightweight champion Benson Henderson and Ultimate Fighter 8 winner, Ryan Bader.
