It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia‘s Kaitlin Olson has just landed her latest role.
The actress has signed on to join FOX’s New Girl in a recurring role as Ashley, Jess, and Cece’s old high school nemesis. The twist is that her character will also be engaged to Jess’ father Bob (Rob Reiner) according to TVLine.com.
While further details about Olson’s character are still unknown, it’s clear that one of the themes of the third season of New Girl will be the different rivals that Jess will have to endure. Earlier, we told you that Jessica Biel has also signed on to play another one of Jess’ enemies
New Girl’s fourth season debuts Tuesday, Sept. 16 at 9 p.m.
