For UFC fans who aren’t familiar with the organization’s newest lightweight Eddie Alvarez, here’s his last big money fight against Michael Chandler.
This fight between Eddie Alvarez and Michael Chandler took place back in Nov. 2011 and was widely considered to be one of the best fights of the year. The two lightweights had a thrilling four-round battle before Chandler secured the victory via rear-naked choke to claim the title.
Alvarez evened the score two years later at Bellator 106 with a split decision win to regain his title.
