Brock Lesnar News: Notes on WWE Schedule, Taped Segments

News

Brock Lesnar destroyed John Cena at Summerslam 2014 to become the WWE World Heavyweight Champion. He will be defending that title against Cena at the Night of Champions PPV on September 21, 2014.

It is also expected that Brock will work the Royal Rumble and Elimination Chamber in 2015 leading up to Wrestlemania 31, but the other PPVs in 2014 are still up in the air. While it’s unlikely that Brock would agree to a full time schedule of Raw and house shows, there is a strong possibility he would agree to work most if not all PPV events, if paid what he feels he is worth.

To fill out his role on WWE TV, some backstage segments were taped in Las Vegas featuring Brock. He’s already not scheduled to be on Raw in Anaheim next week, and he will continue to only appear sporordically, so WWE is making the most of his time.
