Now that Michael Bisping has been announced as Luke Rockhold’s next opponent, UFC fans have been wondering who Lyoto Machida will fight next.
UFC Tonight reports that the organization is looking at booking a fight between the recently-defeated middleweight contender Machida and C.B. Dollaway for December 20 in Barueri, Brazil.
Machida (21-5) lost by unanimous decision in a thrilling contest to Chris Weidman at UFC 175. The former light heavyweight champion won his prior two bouts at 185 lbs, knocking out Mark Munoz and earning a decision over Gegard Mousasi.
C.B. Dollaway (15-5) could conceivably be on a 5 fight winning streak if not for a terrible decision loss against him vs. Tim Boetsch.
