WWE has apparently decided to run with the idea that there is going to be some sexual tension between AJ Lee and Paige as they continue their feud. The rumor is that WWE is looking to be a little more edgier than they have been over the past few years, but still nowhere near as risque as they were during the Attitude Era. The idea is to create some additional buzz around WWE’s product without detracting from family-oriented sponsors like Mattel.
We might not go all the way back to HLA, but we’ll see how this plays out over the next few weeks.
