In late-breaking news broken by Dana White himself, there is a new main event for UFC 181.
Chris Weidman was originally scheduled to fight Vitor Belfort at the event, but because of a hairline fracture he suffered during training, Weidman has been forced to withdraw. It’s expected that he will be in a cast for four weeks and return to face Belfort in February.
The match has been replaced by Johny Hendricks and Robbie Lawler.
