In a recent interview with TVLine.com, Robin Lord Taylor discussed the debut of his character’s mother.
Oswald Cobblepot’s mother will be played by Carol Kane (The Princess Bride) and will make her first appearance on the series in tonight’s episode.
“Oswald’s mother is the only person he trusts in Gotham City, which is a good thing and a bad thing,” Taylor said. “For a person like Oswald, who is somewhat depraved, to trust and love anyone… there has to be something a little sadistic going on there.
