The heavyweight underwent arthroscopic surgery on his left should last week and on UFC Tonight, his manager Leo Khorolinksy said that he will need six to eight weeks to fully recover and resume training again.
Arlovski won back-to-back fights against Brendan Schaub and Antonio Silva in his second go-around with the UFC. After losing four straight fights between 2009 and 2011 in Affliction and Strikeforce, he has strung together an 8-1-(1) record in both the World Series of Fighting and UFC.
