Derek Hough says that there will be a twist in tonight’s episode of Dancing With The Stars.
In his column with TVGuide.com, the pro dancer who is paired with Bethany Mota said that a dance-off will give the team that scores the highest a full reprieve from elimination.
Hough wrote:
The first place team will be immune from elimination this week and everyone else will have to do the dance-off. If you’re in second place, you chose who you want to dance against and they chose the dance style. The options are cha-cha, jive and rumba. Not gonna lie, we haven’t prepared for that yet! We’re going to start later today. It’s more work, but it’s all good.
The dancer also revealed that he would be dancing an I Love Lucy themed piece with Bethany tonight and that it will be a salsa.
