E! Online reports that an upcoming episode will see Ray Palmer ask Felicity out on a date as he attempts to take their working relationship to the next level. It appears Felicity is quite the center of attention these days as she appeared on both Arrow and The Flash last week and is now jugging Oliver Queen, Barry Allen, and Ray Palmer.
