‘King’ Mo Lawal Wants Rematch With ‘Rampage’ Jackson, But Says Adversary Is Nowhere To Be Found

News

It appears a Bellator rematch between Muhammad Lawal and Quinton Jackson is unlikely at best.

Why?

Well, if you listen to ‘King’ Mo, it’s because his opponent is hiding.

“I ain’t seen him around,” Lawal told MMAJunkie. “I think he’s retired. I think he’s done. I really don’t care about it. I want to fight him, but I don’t think he wants to fight me. They should make a book called ‘Where’s Rampage?'”

Just before Jackson was awarded a unanimous decision win over Lawal at Bellator 120 in May, ‘Rampage’ (35-11 MMA, 3-0 BMMA) asked for a rematch. It appeared to be a certainty but because of Jackson’s absence and desire to start his own MMA organization, it appears the match might never take place.
