While it was rumoured that the braintrust at Once Upon A Time wanted to add the character of Cruella De Vil this season, it can now be confirmed.
Dracula‘s Victoria Smurfit has been cast to play the villainess Cruella de Vil. The news comes on the heels of a fan reporting that he saw actress Emilie de Ravin filming a scene with a dalmation on Monday.
Smurfit confirmed the news herself via Twitter.

The character is expected to debut in this season’s Fall finale.
