While Fabricio Werdum won the interim heavyweight title at UFC 180 on Saturday, it appears his next fight will be for the real thing.
At a post-fight press conference, Dana White spoke to the media and confirmed that the unification match between Werdum and sidelined champion Cain Velasquez will likely take place in March (assuming Velasquez’s injured knee has healed by then).
