While not much is known about the final season of Parks and Recreation, we do know that one character that fans have been waiting to see will likely remain unseen.
In a recent interview with TVLine.com, the show’s executive producer Mike Schur said that Mayor Gunderson will likely not appear in the final season.
“There’s an episode that has Mayor Gunderson in its fabric, so there is some discussion of him,” Schur said. “But I don’t think you’ll ever see him walk on camera and wave and say hi.”
