A few interesting newsbites from backstage at the NXT Takeover REvolution show live on WWE Network on Thursday night.
Brian Kendrick was backstage looking to get hired at WWE/NXT as a trainer. He currently has his own wrestling school.
Two former TNA wrestlers were backstage at the show, presumably trying to get signed. Crimson, real name Tommy Mercer, was seen backstage and is getting a tryout. Also seen was recent TNA Knockout Brittany – real name Santana Garrett was also backstage.
It’s being said that the WWE lockerroom took note of the quality of the show, and is making sure that they are not “shown up” on Sunday at the TLCS 2014 PPV. The PPV show is likely to be better and more intense than it might have been had NXT not had a blowaway live show.
