While some TGIT Shonda Rhimes fans didn’t like Scandal‘s break from format episode last week (as it honestly looked more like a Homeland episode), it appears that things go back to normal tonight.
Apparently, Olivia is being held hostage in order to force the President’s hand in making some unsavoury decisions.
