In a story that is developing, Netflix released the highly-anticipated third season of House of Cards more than two weeks early and then yanked it only minutes later.
The company told CNBC the leak was due to a “bug in the system.”
On its Twitter account, the House of Cards handle post a cryptic message that have some speculating that the leak was intentionally done to build up interest for the February 27th premiere.
This is Washington. There's always a leak. All 13 episodes will launch February 27.
