…not likely.
Social media is a huge part of our lives. DC Comics and Marvel Comics, the two largest comic book publishers, and most other publishers are active on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and elsewhere. Today is the last day that DC Comics’ New York office will be open although in truth its effectively been closed for days.
In a farewell to the East Coast as DC establishes itself of the West Coast, DC Comics used Twitter to say good-bye to the Big Apple and thank its employees from its NYC years.
Surprisingly, Marvel Comics responded using its own Twitter account.

Rocket Raccoon of the Guardians of the Galaxy sheds a mocking tear over the news.
While a Wave 2 of Amalgam Comics as part of DC Comics’ Convergence and/or Marvel Comics’ Secret Wars 2015 is unlikely, as the characters are co-owned somehow, the Twitter exchange was amusing.
So, how do you take Marvel’s response to DC’s message? And, do you want to see Amalgam Comics characters in Convergence and/or Secret Wars 2015?
Thanks for reading. All feedback welcome.
