If you were hoping to see the Joker return to FOX’s Gotham, you will unfortunately have to wait until next year.
In a recent interview, showrunner Bruno Heller told TVLine that Cameron Monaghan is not slated to return to reprise his role until next year and which point it will be a focal point and be featured “heavily.”
It is unclear where the drama plans to go in the rest of its debuts season.
