Convergence Week Five starts today and that means that DC Comics’ Convergence #5 also hits stands today!
The issue continues from last week’s climax and bills a big Brainiac vs Telos confrontation.

The Warlord and others from Skartaris do not fair well in this issue predominantly, but not exculsively, at the hands of Deimos.
The Warlord appears to have the same grim fate… death!
Deimos continue sto flex his muscles against Val Zod the Earth 2 Superman, Telos and Brainiac! Deimos also alleges to see the see into the future!
And, with Earth 2 Superman vanquished, Earth 2 dick Grayson appears to step up to take Thomas Wayne’s mantle as the new Batman! And Deimos re-banishes Brainiac!
Convergence #5 ends with Deimos communicating with all the unbottled cities that are battling for survival. he will spare them all, but there is a catch.
No Telos and Brainaic throw down battle in the issue, but does it matter? Deimos seems like Convergence’s big dad… for the time being.
