SDCC 2015: All-New All-Different Marvel Comics Changed! Angela: Asgard’s Assassin Becomes Angela: Queen Of Hel!

News

An interesting tidbit became apparent during San Diego Comic Con (SDCC) International 2015 during a Marvel panel. No big fanfare, just a matter of fact statement.

It hasn’t even launched yet and Marvel’s Angela series has already been renamed: from Angela: Asgard’s Assassin to Angela: Queen of Hel. Still looks interesting.

Writer Marguerite Bennett according to CBR described the series as follows:

“Angela: Queen of Hel,” and it will feature the lead character descending into the darkest part of Hel. “It’s a story about love and war. What is left when you’ve gotten rid of crucial parts of yourself? It’s dark, wild, and I really hope you’ll join us on this book.”

A cool creative team with Marvel’s newest character.
