Big Brother 17 Episode 19 just wrapped up! Here’s a recap of everything that went down, and what we think you should expect to come:

WARNING: Spoilers below (duh).

The episode started off after the nomination ceremony. James has just nominated Clay and Shelli for eviction, and Clay is upset James went back on his word. James says he came to get blood on his hands, not make friends. Vanessa goes to console Shelli, and Shelli ignores her and walks away.

Clay starts to get in an argument with James, calling him chicken, but Shelli stops him before it goes too far. Clay tells Shelli he’s not letting her go before him.

Vanessa, James, Meg, and Jackie are all in the bathroom, and Meg says lines have now been drawn. Vanessa vents about Shelli ignoring her.

Clay and Shelli are still upset, and Clay says he doesn’t trust anyone else. Shelli doesn’t understand why they’re up over anyone else in the Sixth Sense. Vanessa comes in and confronts Shelli about her being ignored. Shelli said she was just upset that Austin put their asses on the line, and Vanessa says that’s not an excuse. Clay says it was Vanessa’s idea to get Jason out and they got the blood on their hands, and Vanessa flips.

Vanessa storms to the backyard and starts screaming and walking in circles. She tells Jackie that she was just saying it was equally her idea to be nice but it was entirely Clay and Shelli’s idea. Shelli enters the backyard and everyone gets silent, she asks to talk to James.

Clay tells James he’s upset because they genuinely had his back, and this move doesn’t make any sense. James says that even if it was Vanessa’s idea to get Jason out, they could’ve said no and then she wouldn’t have had the votes to do it, and also points out that Shelli nominated him a number of times. James says they are crying over spilled milk.

Shelli apologizes to Vanessa, and says she won’t turn on her and needs her in this game, and how she’s just upset because she won’t make it to jury with Clay.

James, Clay, Shelli, Jackie, Becky, and Vanessa are selected to participate in the Power of Veto competition.

James, Becky, and Jackie discuss veto outcomes. James says he wants noms to stay the same. Becky tells the DR she’s not sure what she would do (and it seems clear to me at least that she ended up throwing it).

James wins the Power of Veto.

In addition to the Power of Veto, a number of prizes and punishments were handed out:

Jackie – Knight in Shining Armor

Shelli – Castle Guard

Vanessa – Knight of Shining Armor

Clay – Ireland Castle Trip

Becky – $5000

Clay and Meg have an incredibly odd conversation with a very flirty undertone. Clay asks Meg to promise to vote him out over Shelli, and she says she can’t do that.

Shelli and James try one last time to convince James to use the POV. They tell him about Austin’s “Judas” alter ego, and that he was responsible for James’ nomination during Shelli’s HOH.

James has decided not to use the Power of Veto. Either Clay or Shelli will be evicted this week.
