Big Brother 17 Episode 21 just wrapped up! Here’s a recap of everything that went down, and what we think you should expect to come:

WARNING: Spoilers below (duh).

The episode started off with the HOH competition. Clay has just been evicted, and John tells us that he’s now actually trying because of a fight before the eviction.

Before the eviction, James tells John that he thinks it’s odd that Clay is picking love over the game. John tells Clay that if he really wants it, he’ll vote him out, but it won’t be the best move for his game. Clay asks why, and he says that Vanessa is in Shelli’s head and gunning for him.

Clay tells Vanessa she should talk to John, and that he heard from James that she’s in Shelli’s head. Vanessa confronts James, and James swears that he didn’t say anything of the sort.

James tells Clay to keep his name out of him mouth, while Vanessa asks John what happened. John says that he thinks that, and she says he doesn’t and that Clay must have made it up. As that’s happening, Clay gets chest to chest with James and threatens to hit him. Vanessa comes back out and flips out, and Clay lies to have John’s back, saying he made the whole thing up.

Back to the HOH, Becky is this weeks Head of Household, in addition to winning $5000 and a Never-Not pass.

Shelli can’t think of Clay without crying, breaks-down for a few hours.

Liz and Julia are confident they won’t be the targets this week, but are worried about Vanessa’s chances, and don’t want to lose her.

Steve asks John is he should be worried. John tells him not to be. Steve asks about Vanessa, and John says he hopes she’ll go up because he’s mad at her. Steve tells us that Vanessa and John are his closest allies and he’s worried about them being at odds.

Vanessa thinks the target may be Steve. Shelli tells her they had a good run, but it’s the other sides time to run the game for a while. Vanessa says Becky isn’t necessarily with the other side, and as long as they aren’t nominated together, they’ll be fine.

The Becky, James, Meg, and Jackie alliance decides they’ll put up Shelli and Steve, and then backdoor Vanessa, while telling the house the plan is Shelli. They agree to not mention Vanessa at all until after the veto.

Becky meets with Shelli. She tells her not to be worried, and she has a bigger target – Vanessa – in order to gain trust with her in the future.

Becky tells Austin and Vanessa that she’s putting up Steve and Shelli, with John as the backup plan. Austin leaves the room, and Vanessa tries to make a deal with Becky and gets rejected.

Becky tells John the plan, and that he is safe. They joke about how bad a game player Vanessa is.

Becky nominates Shelli and Steve for eviction this week.
