While we don’t know a whole lot about the plot of Pixar’s Finding Dory (the sequel to Finding Nemo) yet, a few words from Ellen DeGeneres may have given us some clues. DeGeneres , who voices the title character in the upcoming sequel had a recent interview with Yahoo! Movies where she said that the movie would have an important message about fish living in captivity.
“I think that fish should be in the ocean” she said saying that the movie would be about rehabilitation and returning fish to the sea.

Seaworld, which has already seen a backlash after the 2013 documentary Blackfish might have another public image problem if Pixar is setting their eyes upon them. In fact, according to the New York Times, filmmakers pushed the release date of the movie back after seeing the documentary in order to rewrite some of the script.
