Mortal Kombat X was a noteworthy installment in the Kombat franchise because of the non-Kombat characters that showed up. Jason Vorhees was a playable characters in the game as well as the Predator but according to recent reports that wasn’t the end of the dream list for pop culture characters.
Ed Boon, the co-creator of Mortal Kombat tweeted that they were considering Terminator as a character to add to the game but that never ended up working out. Well it looks like Mortal Kombat’s loss is WWE’s gain as Terminator will be appearing in the ring in WWE2k16.
