WWE has the final Raw of August tonight, and it’s coming off of one of the biggest 3 day weekends in modern WWE history.

After NXT Takeover Brooklyn, Summerslam 2015 and the huge post-Summerslam Raw last week, WWE has already announced that the man called Sting will not only be on Raw this week, but be in the opening segment.

Seth Rollins did a storyline followup bashing Sting on Twitter:

WWE.com has a lot to say about the segment as well:
Sting has returned and via WWE’s Twitter page we can now confirm that The Icon will be at Raw this coming Monday!

Absent from WWE since the night after his defeat to Triple H at WrestleMania, The Vigilante surprised The Authority by appearing last Monday night and attacking WWE World Heavyweight and United States Champion Seth Rollins. Following the ambush, Sting made clear his intention to vie for “The Future of WWE’s” World Title, and moments later on the award-winning WWE Network, WWE’s irate COO announced that Sting would get an opportunity against Rollins at Night of Champions.

The Architect seems to welcome this challenge, but is his confidence misplaced? As the WWE Universe awaits Sting’s next move, what can we expect on Raw? WWE.com has some ideas.

The other focuses of the show should fill in the rest of the card for Night of Champions, coming up on September 20, 2015.

John Cena is expected to be all over the show to follow up on his loss at Summerslam to Seth Rollins. The common logic seems to dictate that Seth Rollins will wrestle for both of his titles at Night of Champions, defending the World Title against Sting as announced, and likely against John Cena in addition.

The Wyatt Family debuted a new member last week and the Wyatt Family vs Roman Reigns/Dean Ambrose storyline is expected to continue on Raw.

WWE is heavily promoting the return of the Dudley Boys, having come back into the fold last week on Raw, and already featured on Smackdown. They have been added to the big October 3 House show from MSG which will air on WWE Network, and should be on Raw in a featured match.

The Divas Revolution is making news for the wrong reasons. What do you think has hampered it so far?

Here are WWE.com’s five major points for the show:

  • Should Rollins be afraid of Sting?
  • Who will eat a table this week?
  • What’s next for John Cena?
  • Are Dean Ambrose & Roman Reigns outmatched by The Wyatt Family?
  • Will Nikki Bella make Divas Title history?

Heading into Raw, WWE posted a pretty cool video about Seth Rollins, and the origins of his tattoos:
