By now, just about everybody is aware of the news that broke yesterday that WWE Hall of Famer Jimmy Snuka was charged with 3rd degree murder and involuntary manslaughter for the death of his girlfriend in 1983.
WWE has yet to make any sort of statement (I doubt we’ll hear any official word from them for a while, at least until the actual hearing) however, Snuka’s page on WWE’s Hall of Fame roster has been taken down today. This, of course, isn’t necessarily an indictment of WWE’s opinion of Snuka in regards to his innocence or not and, much like the Hogan incident, is a PR damage control over their own image.
