Big Brother 17 Episode 33 just wrapped up! Here’s a recap of everything that went down, and what we think you should expect to come:

WARNING: Spoilers below (duh).

The episode started off following the double eviction. Meg and James have just been evicted, and Vanessa tells us things couldn’t have gone better for her if she wrote it, and that she is extremely happy with her spot at the moment.

Liz tells Austin she feels really bad for James. Austin tells her she did what needed to get done, and did the right thing.

Austin asks Steve who he should put up if he wins HOH, and that in that scenario he may need to put a twin up as a pawn.

Austin tells Vanessa that maybe he should throw it. Vanessa tells him he needs to, even if the last person he’s up against is John, and that he’s aligned with 5 of the 6 people left in the game.

Vanessa tells John that Austin’s going to throw, and that while she’s ready to go after the Austwins, she’s worried Steve will chicken out. She tells Steve that Austin is going to throw it, and he starts calling the Austwins idiots and says that he’ll put them up.

Steve wins HOH.

Vanessa tells Liz that Steve won’t put up John, to Liz’s surprise. Liz claims that he better not put them up, and that he’s in an alliance and should keep his word.

Steve tells Austin that he’s at the bottom of the Scamper Squad, at which point Austin tells him that he’s playing for himself, and that if he promises him safety this week, he’ll make sure the other twin doesn’t go after him, and he won’t go after him either.

Liz tells Austin she’s worried he’s going up, and Austin says that wouldn’t make any sense and that the twins are going up. Liz tells Julia what he said, pissing both of them off, and making Liz questions Austin’s allegiance.

Steve tells Vanessa he’s going to put up the twins, but Vanessa tells him that statistically it doesn’t make any sense, and to minimize risk he need to put up Austin and Liz so if one wins the veto, they won’t use it on the other.

John tells Steve they’re morons for not evicting him, and agrees with Vanessa that Austin and Liz should go up, but says they need to specifically target Austin because if a twin left, he’d team with Vanessa.

Steve warns Austin he’s going up, but has the votes to get out Liz.

Steve nominates Austin and Liz for eviction.
